Great hotel, spa was very good Yes the pool is smallish, it’s a roof top pool on a German traditional hotel not sure what some people are expecting

This is a nice hotel. Helpful staff, good facilities, nice pool/sauna, comfortable rooms,bvery good breakfast. My only complaint is not air conditioning in the rooms. It very uncomfortable to sleep at night even with fans.

Breathe taking views of the alps across the lake from the infinity pool never got tired! The staff were very helpful and entertaining. Great cocktails (the house cocktail - dirty rose was good). Good quality food (4 courses for £39 if booked in advance). The sauna with a view over the lake was wonderful (as was the overall spa, small but well designed). Booking a space on the private parking deck was very useful as it got busy parking on the road. The bar stocked over 100 gins! Cosy (fake) fur blankets. Being handed 2 bottles of water when we checked out.
