Hotel Overview

Located at the heart of the Hohe Tauern National Park, Hotel Wasserfall is an ideal choice for an individual holiday in a cosy atmosphere in every season.
This family-run hotel offers modern and quiet rooms and a spa area with sauna, steam bath and infrared cabin. Enjoy a welcome cocktail at the bar and relax in the sunny garden.
At the Hotel Wasserfall’s restaurant, you can enjoy a wide range of regional and international dishes as well as game specialities. Most products come from nearby farms.
Fusch is located at the foot of the Großglockner, Austria’s highest mountain, about 10 km south of Zell am See. In winter free ski buses take you to the cable cars at Zell am See and Kaprun. In summer Fusch offers a wide selection of sports and leisure opportunities.
A public outdoor pool is about 5-minute walk away. There are many mountain bike and hiking trails leading you to beautiful waterfalls, mountain pastures and glaciers.

The hotel has several parking spaces. The rooms are nicely decorated and the staff is friendly. Breakfast is quite varied ... The area itself is not particularly busy in the winter months, but it is quieter, which suits some of us.

Great location for an early start at the grossglockner alpine road. Included in the price was a summer pass that you can use for an activity per day in many places ( swimming, lift passes and many more). The hotel has a restaurant and we had good food there.

Right at the bottom of Grossglockner pass, great location. Very clean, highly recommend. Food was good and the price was fair, including the pass for the Mountain.

Very friendly staff in the hotel. I arrived quite late and the owner did not have any problem with that. Moreover, 1 day Grossglockner ticket was included. Great price / value. Coming back again.

Clean hotel at a superb location with helpful staff at the entrance to the famous high alpine road and in walking distance to a beautiful waterfall. Free entrance to the Grossglockner High Alpine Road. I had to leave very early, before breakfast so I got proactively offered a meal pack that I could take with me. Excellent value for the money!!
