The staff was very friendly and professional and ready to help. They took a personal approach with the check-in and gave us a nice personal touch on the room. We had issues with our room, and they provided us with a new one and looked for the best ways to make our stay great. This was highly appreciated. They also offered some activities which you could attend as a hotel guest. The spa was clean, tranquil and the water was nice and warm. The breakfast had a good assortment to choose from.

The service was excellent, friendly and memorable. They went the extra mile to facilitate a bike ride for my son. The decor is beautiful and it creates an instant comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. In this hotel you are not one anonymous guest out of many, but are treated with personal care. The waters of the spa equal those of Japanese Onsen in relaxation and beauty.

Staff - amazing! Very helpful and trying best to accommodate all needs. Mauro - concierge, managed to prepare and book great program in Sao Miguel, very attentive to your wishes. Fantastic breakfast, one the best I’ve had in a long time!
