Guests cannot enter or leave the property after this time.Please note there are no restaurants or super markets around the property.In order to eat dinner or breakfast at the property, guests must make a reservation in advance. Fees apply. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.Dinner is served at 19:00. You must check in by 18:30 to eat dinner at the property. Guests who check in after this time may not be served dinner, and no refund will be given.Check-in is available from 16:00. Guests can store their luggage at the Furano Tourist Information Office next to JR Furano station for a fee.The map code for car navigation systems is 349 120 008.Guests with children are kindly requested to indicate in the Special Request box the following information when booking: the total number of children and the age and gender of each child staying in the room.Please inform the property in advance, by what means of transport you will be arriving.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Loved Pension Ashitaya! Best pension we have stayed in Japan (this is our 4th trip). Jimmysan and Norikosan were so welcoming, lovely people with great sense of humour. Pension was warm, beds comfy, super clean and the food was yum! It is out of town so best stay here with a car. Very peaceful.

Gorgeous rural location. Room size large in Japanese standards for our fam of 2 adults and a teenager. Jimmy San and “the boss” (his wife) were fantastic hosts. Definitely opt in for the homecooked breakys and dinners. Loved watching the birds at the feeders while enjoying breaky. Good location to ski fields.

What an absolutely amazing stay we had with Jimmy and his wife + family! We would come back to Hokkaido just to stay here again! 1) the views from the house are amazing! 2) the house itself is so quaint and full of atmosphere 3) everything was super clean 4) breakfast and dinner were simply delicious 5) the onsen baths were very soothing 6) the family is simply great. So much hospitality and since Jimmy can speak English very well, we were able to ask him many questions about Hokkaido and Japan! 100% recommended!!!!
