Overall fantastic hostel. Dorm beds have privacy curtains, power outlets and everything you need for a great comfortable stay. Excellent location.

We spent 2 nights at hostel Tomar and loved it! The two staff ladies were extremely friendly, professional and helpful (and spoke English very well!). The room and the whole hostel has a very warm atmosphere, despite being quite big and accommodating lots of people. The location was perfect for us, so close to the station, bus stop right in front of the door, walking distance to a variety of restaurants and shops. A big positive for us: the temperature in our room was 'normal', not tropical hot and stuffy as in most places we've stayed in Japan :) Thank you for everything!
