The staff were so helpful and friendly, we were given an upgrade to our room. The room was clean and well equipped. The breakfast was different every day and excellent. The evening meals at the restaurant were great. The evening entertainment was traditional to Madeira and was a very pleasant way to relax. The pool area looked clean and well equipped with sunloungers but the weather was a little cold for us to use, pool towels were supplied.

Absolutely loved this place, beautiful views, easy location to town walk.Bit high in mountains, be ready walk in steep hills. Lovely staff,clean rooms,good and fresh breakfast, with a good choice for everyone..
