Buffet breakfast and dinner was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking on site for an extra fee.

The hotel has amazing view, but gets old. The family room was big and renovated, there are toiletteries however no body cream. The breakfast is good but some staff was not very friendly. The pool has beautiful view. Parking at the hotel is for pay, 5€ a night. Dinner was great as well as in buffet as in Italian and Japanese restaurants. The staff at the reception doesn’t even try to smile which is quite embarrassing for such a hotel.

This is a large hotel with a mix of 5* and 4* features. The location is definitely 5*, right next to some of the top hotels in Madeira. The decor is a 4* mass market level. Service is generally good, although do not expect anything personalised or exclusive. Rooms are large and have lovely direct views of the ocean.

Clean hotel in good location, nice room and nice pools (slightly dated). Cleaning staff very friendly. Leave little chocolates on your bed.
