Great location for getting into the centre and going onto the highway, good parking, really nice pool and relaxing areas, lots of storage for all your stuff

We had a great stay at the White House. We loved the spacious, open layout and the views over Funchal. We enjoyed the pool area, and eating outside. The games room was fun for our teenage sons. We are glad that each room had a fan, otherwise it would be too hot to sleep.

Views from the villa are incredible at any time of the day: sunsets and sunrise are stunning and you can see cruise ships coming in and out of the harbor. Location is convenient, reasonable walking distance to the old town even if the hill is quite steep which makes good exercise on the way back! Otherwise I would recommend to drive to go to most places. The villa is fully equipped with everything you need for family stay, with large living areas downstairs and bedrooms upstairs. The pool is a nice perk and while it's not heated, it was warm enough for us to swim and chill next to it in April.
