The breakfast was fantastic particularly the omelettes freshly made. The views were incredible all over the hotel. The spa was very relaxing the indoor pool especially. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly I felt welcome. The massage was brilliant and they took great care of me.

The location was great and the views were absolutely phenomenal from the room, pool, restaurant and bar. After the incident I experienced in my original room, the junior suite on floor 10 was incredible and so modern, clean and comfortable with stunning view. The pool area was very clean and the spa was beautiful and calm. The restaurant host and assistant manager were both very polite, kind, attentive and approachable. The assistant manager made sure to connect with me after asking to speak with her and she was very apologetic about the incident and kindly offered dinner in the hotel for 2 nights. The Portuguese night was very good and the quality at dinner was much higher than that of breakfast - a wide variety and very tasteful! For a small adults only hotel i was surprised by the entertainment. There was a great range of live music and some strong acts that performed between 8-11pm. I found the bar to be very reasonably priced and the housekeeping incentive is a great idea to keep guests in the hotel and enjoy the facilities and bars.

The mountain view room was absolutely stunning. Room was spacious and comfortable. A pillow menu,milk, tea and coffee in the room. Provided a bottle of water and only a 5 to 10 minute walk from the centre. The spa was wonderful, we had a couples full body massage and the zen room with tea Provided afterwards. The outdoor and indoor pool was lovely, spa/pool towels provided. The food was also very nice both breakfast and pool side. They also had entertainment or a special food menu all week.
