Very good price for a location in the centre of Funchal. The location is in the middle of the centre, nearby a lot of nice restaurants. Just a few minutes walking to the sea pr the cable car station. Quick replies on my messages. Private bathroom with a good shower.

The Residencial is located in the centre of Funchal Old Town, next to the iconic Markets. It is a bit old fashioned, but the room was comfortable, well equipped (en-suite, Cable Tv, and a Fan). A real bonus was the shared kitchen, where you can keep things in the fridge, make hot drinks or heat up food. The room was cleaned daily by a friendly cleaner. I was nervous before going there as the price was so low, but I had nothing to worry about, it was great, and I will certainly stay there again. Very close to a large Supermarket for your shopping, bus stops, and the Cable Car Station, for getting around the Island. Selection of Bars and Eateries nearby.

The location was very good - easy to walk to from the Aeroporto bus stop and easy to get to the centre of Funchal from. I have not seen so many television channels to choose from for a long time.
