Please note that Quinta Miramar does not have a reception but is available 24 hours per day by phone.Please note that guests are responsible for leaving the apartment tidy. A EUR 50 cleaning fee may be applied in case the apartment is left in poor clean conditions.Cleaning during the stay is only available for reservations of 7 nights or more. Extra cleaning is available at an extra cost.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

The apartment is in a good location to get into the centre of Funchal with the bus stop just a few yards from the apartment building. The beds were very comfortable and Edgar, who we had the most contact with, was extremely helpful and accommodating. The kitchen is fairly well stocked, although a cheese grater would be useful. There is a large fridge and freezer together with a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer (unfortunately latter not working but that wasn't an issue). There is a massive balcony/veranda.

The position of the property is amazing and from the pool above, one can see whole Funchal and it has a really amazing view. The person who gave us the keys was named "Edgar". He was super nice and welcomming and was always available for any help. The property is well equipped with every required stuff for living. It was quite spacious and even had a separate large pathio to sit and relax. There was a parking place dedicated to the property under the building and was easily accessible.

It was very spacious and had everything we needed. Edgar was excellent in communication and it was very clean.
