I want to thank the staff of Quinta Jardins do Lago for an unforgettable stay at their marvelous resort. In particular I want to thank them for their contributions to making my birthday a memorable event. Our stay at Quinta Jardins do Lago was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The lush gardens, serene atmosphere, and impeccable service made it a true oasis in Madeira. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with charming details and beautiful views. A special mention must go to the massage therapists – their skill, care, and professionalism took our relaxation to the next level. If you're staying here, don't miss the chance to book a treatment. It's truly one of the highlights of the hotel. We can’t wait to return. Highly recommended!

The kindness of all employees, the level of how clean everything on the estate is, the quality of all facilities and your care and interaction with our baby. It was a pleasure to walk around in the beautifull garden and to say hello to Colombo.

The hotel overlooks Funchal with stunning, panoramic views of the town. It is a quiet location, very well furnished with a truly stunning botanical garden. The staff are all very polite and attentive but some struggled a bit with understanding English.
