Stunning views. Spacious rooms. Good breakfast. Has all the facilities one expects with a 5-star hotel: gym, swimming pools, room service, bath etc. Beds were huge and very comfy. We booked well in advance for a good price.

The hotel is set up on the hill with fabulous views over Funchal. We had a very comfortable room with enormous bed and balcony. There is a cold and warm swimming pool and jacuzzi which are well maintained and which we enjoyed using during our three day stay. The breakfasts were wonderful with a huge variety of choices, served in a lovely dining room with terrace and views. The staff were very attentive and helpful. As a family of six we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.
