A friendly staff, superb location, two large pools and jacuzzi! I want also to point out a comfortable cot for my baby, not all the hotels offer such.

Excellent facilities and helpful staff. Bus service to town is great and lots of local buses as well if needed. Room had seaview and was on lower floor but easy to get to pool etc.

There’s a beautiful garden, it is in a nice location with a reaaly nice view over the sea and the Praia Formosa. The staff is realy polite and always available to help.

The property location was good, 10 mins to city centre. Overall the landscaping around the hotel is fantastic. Lovely to go for walks, or relax by the poolside with a drink. We were upgraded for free drinks. Alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages are offered throughout the day, and poured out by the staff with gusto. The staff were especially nice… eager to assist, and everyone from the receptionist to the staff around the hotel area like pool, children’s area, restaurant were extremely helpful and welcoming.
