Pools, especially the indoor pool for cooler days. Our room was quiet. For such a large hotel, there was no noise at night.

Beautiful situation. Very friendly staff and good food. Bus stop outside the hotel for buses to Funchal and other destinations. The indoor swimming pool was great as too cold for the outdoor pool in winter.

The staff here are truly incredible! They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. From a personalized check-in - where Fabio was absolutely amazing with my kids - to a wonderful birthday breakfast celebration for my wife, every detail was handled with care. Thank you for everything!
