Location is very well placed and close to amenities. Very close to airport bus route which as super convenient and cost effective. Room - Clean and fairly well kept. The size was generous and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and made for a great night's sleep. Wasn't expecting a fridge so that was a bonus. Good TV channels. Dining area - was a nice size, clean with a good varied breakfast and amazing Hot Chocolate from the drinks machine. Reception was helpful and very quick to answer any questions or issues.

I had originally booked this hotel for myself and my cousin for a short 4-night trip. Unfortunately, I was denied boarding because my passport had less than 3 months’ validity remaining. With only 20 minutes before departure, we had to make a quick decision, and we agreed that my cousin should go ahead alone, even though he had never travelled solo before. Naturally, he was very stressed and disappointed, as this was a trip we had planned together for over a year. However, he told me that from the moment he arrived at the hotel, everything changed. The hotel staff were incredibly understanding and accommodating, especially with the change of booking name to my cousin. Their professionalism and kindness made a huge difference. Even though check-in wasn’t until 2:30 pm and he arrived around 11 am, they allowed him to store his luggage so he could relax and explore until his room was ready. He couldn’t stop praising the hotel — from the excellent location and delicious breakfast to the cleanliness, facilities, swimming pool, and beautiful views. Most importantly, he highlighted how friendly and supportive the staff were throughout his stay. What started as a very stressful and disappointing situation turned into a smooth and enjoyable solo trip, and this hotel played a major role in that. I’m very grateful for the experience they gave him and would absolutely recommend it
