I loved how clean the rooms were and how friendly and accommodating the staff were. The location of the property was ideal and everyday we walked into town. The breakfast was delicious and the beds were very comfy!

Located in a really lovely neighbourhood about 30 minute walk from the main town Funchal. Bars, restaurants close by if you didn’t want to go into the main town. Breakfast was lovely every day and good options for vegetarians. The staff were accommodating, friendly and for a female solo traveller this is always something I look out for. They cleaned my room every day which was a nice surprise! I felt really safe here and I had a lovely view of the sea. Other reviews have said the decor is slightly outdated but I did not have the same observation based on the room I stayed in. Towels provided too. All round brilliant stay for my first time in Madeira!
