The staff were so pleasant and helpful. The property was spotless and very comfortable. The bedroom was spacious with a large comfortable bed with no noise at night. The buffet breakfast offered a huge selection of hot and cold foods all very fresh.

From the moment we arrived at Melia Madeira, the experience was exceptional. Despite arriving before the official check-in time, we were warmly welcomed and immediately recognised as Genius-level customers with Booking.com. Christina went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable while we waited for our room, making us feel truly valued. Her attention to detail and hospitality set a wonderful tone for our stay. The location, staff, and food were all outstanding, and the level of service we received throughout was consistently premium. Christina’s extra support on arrival made a lasting impression, and on our departure, Laura completed that same level of care by providing us with clear and helpful information about getting to the airport, taxi options, and everything we needed for a smooth journey home. We genuinely felt special during our stay, and we promised both Laura and Christina—and the entire team—that Melia Madeira will always be our hotel of choice when we return. Their customer service and thoughtful support made all the difference and helped make our time in Madeira truly unforgettable.

I enjoyed my room very much, I had a side view. My only criticism was during the day, the rubbish collection truck was making the terrace smell and was quite loud. Apart from that, had a great time
