Great location, within walking distance and great connections to almost everywhere in Funchal. Right in the town centre, but without too much noise. Everything was promptly answered before and during our stay. Excellent communication with the hosts!

The location is great, right in the centre of funchal and very easy to walk to the front and bus stops. Tours would pick us up from the cathedral (2 min walk). Nice bars and cafes around. Room and bathroom were nicely laid out. Bed comfortable, wardrobe good size. Hosts were really helpful and responsive- and let us keep bags there on our last day Check in instructions were very clear. Lovely cocktail bar right next door. Facilities good- fridge, small freezer, lots of plates and cutlery, saucepans, salt and pepper, hairdryer.

This is an amazing apartment in the city centre. The stairwell is tastefully decorated. The view from the window is nice. The apartment is stocked with all essentials (except for oil, salt, pepper which seems to be common to have these kitchen essentials missing in holiday apartments in Portugal). I would recommend the host to add a dehumidifier and air dryer to dry wet clothes and towels.
