The fine print
Renovation of the pool area will be carried out from 07/10/25 to up two weeks. In this period the facility will be close. During this time, and as an alternative, guests will be able to access the swimming pools of Hotel Alto Lido and Hotel Baía Azul, subject to availability. Please note that advance booking is required for both: pool access and the shuttle service.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Booked in here after flight cancellation .The staff were helpful & friendly .The price included breakfast which was good .The room was clean & comfortable Kettle & bags provided & a well.stocked fridge

The room and the view from the room was amazing, I could literally watch the sunset from my bed. The hotel was well equipped and maintained.

Beautiful ocean panorama from a nice spacious room with big terrace or panorama restaurant. Downtown of Funchal can be reached easily by local or hotel bus, taxi. Staff were very friendly and supportive with us ( reception, restaurant, housekeeping). We enjoy our whole stay. Generally we were satisfied with half board food.
