Great location, clean, good roof top pool and sunbathing area. We enjoyed the gym too. Breakfast was simple but sufficient selection. Staff very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

The location was good for exploring Funchal and loads of buses for venturing further afield with some good walking trails. Plenty of restaurants and cafes to accommodate everyone’s choice. Lovely staff very helpful both on the front desk and at breakfast. We were able to get into our room early as it was ready which we were grateful for. The rooftop terrace was perfect to relax at the end of the day and wonderful panoramic views.

The hotel and staff were excellent ! We had an early flight out, so we asked if we could have some breakfast before we left. At 4:30 am we went down to find there was coffee, juice, toast, cereal and some ham and cheese for us.
