We booked this apartment for 10 nights. Overall, it has a great location and offers good value for the price. Ana was kind and helpful — we requested an extra mattress and a vacuum cleaner, and she provided them quickly. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. Communication was a bit difficult due to the language barrier, though we eventually managed to get help when needed. The washing machine didn’t work properly at first, but it was replaced later. The kitchen equipment is quite basic — enough for two people, but not more. We also had issues in the bathroom: the water didn’t drain properly, and we had to use towels to push it away. To be fair, for the price you pay, it’s still a good deal. But with a few improvements, it could be much better.
