There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

You have restaurants nearby, however, we tried just one, and was disappointing... despite that on google it has 4+ stars. 5min walk, there is a supermarket, you can find almost everything you would need. We just needed coffee and fruits for breakfast.

The view, the settlement in a good area of Funchal.The kitchen was equipped, you had absolutely everything you needed.

Everything was absolutely perfect! If I have to find something negative I would say : a little noisy (sometimes we could hear the neighbors) and the oven gave some problems (we had to turn it back on several times).
