The apartment was in a great location and was so clean, well-maintained and had everything you need The terrace was large with chairs, table and loungers - so great to sit out day or evening!

This stylishly presented studio apartment has a fabulous roof terrace with comfortable outside furniture. The host Carlos is very accommodating, welcoming and helpful , allowing us to leave our suitcases at the apartment (as we had arrived in Funchal hours before the check in time) while he prepared the apartment for us and we went to have some lunch. He then let us know when it was ready and showed us around the apartment…leaving us some gifts to enjoy during our stay 🙂. The kitchen area has all the kitchen equipment that you would need to cook a meal and is well stocked with various coffees/teas and condiments/spices. There is a shower room (with lots of shower gels and shampoos) and a separate toilet with sink. Carlos’s communication was excellent, from detailed instructions on how to enter the building and find the apartment, to letting us know that there was an umbrella by the door, as it was raining one day. Overall…Carlos has thought of everything to make his apartment comfortable. I would recommend staying here while in Funchal.

The large studio apartment is a recently renovated fully functional modern space in excellent condition, it had absolutely everything we needed to be able to look after ourselves. Access to the building and apartment was gained using ekey pads which made it very easy. The large roof terrace was a treat. The location was ideal, in the centre of the city and close to the many restaurants in the old town.
