We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Atlantic Ocean View Apartment and would like to express our sincere appreciation for Paula's exceptional hosting. She was consistently attentive and responsive to our inquiries throughout our stay. The apartment was comprehensively equipped, providing us with a truly homey experience. The dual balconies offered us the perfect vantage points to soak up the morning sun and take in the breathtaking sunset views over the ocean. Additionally, the apartment's proximity to bus stops, coffee shops, and grocery stores was a welcome convenience. We highly recommend this property and extend our gratitude to Paula for her outstanding hospitality

It was a bit problematic to get the keys the first time, but Paula, our host, was super helpful and it all went smoothly.

Very good location, at walking distance to shops (Continente, Forum Madeira shopping mall), a beach (Praia Formosa), caves (Túnel das Poças do Gomes), natural pools (Doca do Cavacas). Comfortable apartment with good amenities (washing machine, dishwasher, huge fridge...) Very nice swimming pool with an amazing view. Enjoy the sunset from the terrace or the swimming pool! There is a reserved parking place in the underground car park, if you don't find a place outside near the entrance. Paula the owner was reactive and her instructions were very clear.

We enjoyed the location, the pool, the overall look of the residence. The apartment is well equipped. The owner was ready to help anytime. The apartment is located in the second building of the residence, the garage too. I hope this helps, because for us the instructions were a bit unclear.
