The apartment is perfectly located close to the city center, restaurants, the port, and a park. The apartment is spacious—over 50 square meters—with a bedroom, living room, kitchenette, bathroom, and hallway. The building has an elevator. A garage is included in the price. The owner is very kind, helpful, and accommodating.

This is a great location. There is a beautiful park only a few minutes away, with lake and exotic trees. There is a lovely bakery/cafe about 3 minutes walk, supermarket and the airport bus stops almost outside. The hop on hop off bus departs from outside the bakery. It is easy to walk to the marina and cable car to Monte. The apartments were clean, comfortable and the staff very helpful pointing out places nearby and offering help. The room was kept beautifully clean. Offers a great base and value for money. A great little stay. With lounge area offering selection of books. I was able to leave my luggage and use the facilities when I came back to collect them. Thanks to the manager Miguel and his assistant.

Location excellent. Very near the centre of Funchal. Excellent transport links to all parts of Funchal and Maderia. The manager Miguel at the apartment was very helpful and accommodating, for example by meeting our requests for a balcony and twin beds and late arrival. The staff were very approachable and keen to please, always professional with a friendly informal feel. Facilities all provided for and it met all our self catering and comfort needs. Nice decor, good shower, good standard of daily room service. All information was clearly displayed.
