Please note an additional charge of €40.00 will apply for late check-in after 8:00 PM. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.Housekeeping services can be arranged for an additional charge of 50€.Smoking in all rooms will incur an additional fee.For stays longer than 8 nights, we recommend an optional mid-stay cleaning to keep everything fresh and comfortable (includes clean bed linen and towels).This service costs €55 and is paid in cash at check-in.On-site private parking is available for €20 per day. We kindly ask you to take all the trash to the “trash house”, leave no dirty dishes in the sink. (under penalty of a fine). We offer a private transfer service from the airport to the villa and back: €80 round trip, €45 one way (Between 00:00 and 08:00, the price is €50 one way.)This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Great communication, we were a little worried about arriving late at night and doing the check-in but we were hand-held basically :) Location is superb and the view to the harbour from the two big windows was better than it looked on booking!

The location was very good. Apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious enough with a nice view from the windows. Lucy met us to hand over the keys and was very friendly and helpful.
