For guests staying 6 nights or less, simplified cleaning will be provided upon request. If you would like this, please apply "request cleaning" card in front of your room door. (Simplified cleaning includes collecting Face towels, bath towels, bath mats, nightwear, and trash) For guests staying 7 nights or more, room cleaning will be provided (collect towels. nightwear and trash, bed-making, clean inside the room, restock the room amenities). It was wonderful, a comfy bed and perfect base for our stay in Fukuoka. It’s a short walk from Hakata station, which was super convenient. They provided nice shampoo, bodywash etc, and a good hairdryer. The room also had an air purifier which was nice, and there’s free coffee in the reception too, which was a nice touch. The staff were very nice too. Another really useful feature was that there was a washing machine in the room(!) so we were able to do laundry easily before leaving to our next destination!

Room was a good size with places to sit. Also had a washing machine and microwave which was very handy. Staff helped with all our requests. Close to main station.

The location was very convenient and near to the Hakata station. The staff was also extremely good - they were friendly, helpful and very proactive.
