Free pastries,ice cream and coffee every afternoon. Luggage storage and staff booked us a taxi because it was raining. It's 10mins Walk to the station.

The room is fairly close to Hakata Station—just a 10-minute walk. The staff were kind and helped us switch to a non-smoking room. The room was very clean and even bigger than I expected.

The hotel was near the Hakata train station, there was a provision for a closet by the door, and the free toiletries were made of good quality

Location is great for travel because it is so close to the nearby train/subway and bus station. The subway has a direct train to the airport. Staff are friendly and there are sometimes free snacks.
