Richmond is one of the only few hotels in Hakata area offering luggage service which allows us to leave our luggage while out of Fukuoka. Of course we must come back to stay here again after returning to Fukuoka. They have even helped us to put the luggage in our room in advance which is really appreciated.

Very convenient location - less than 5min walk from the train station. The room was small but ok for 2 days stay. Breakfast was very good. We stayed in the hotel 2 times over 10 days and we left Kindle reader in the room during the first stay. We let the hotel know and once we came back after few days Kindle was already in the new room waiting for us - this was very nice.

The breakfast menu could have been even more than excellent if given more varieties of food choices good for at least seven days or a week's assorted selection of different cuisines for healthy and nutritional round of delectable rotations. With all due respect, we highly commend and truly appreciate the overall services of this hotel without any doubt. Again, kindly accept our gratitude for your great clientele relationship par excellence. Best regards to all the staff and God bless you all.
