Staff were awesome! Yamasaki-San helped me to check with Book Off about a potential refund of a game I purchased with only Japanese and not English, and followed up to make sure that the issue was solved. Great location right in the middle of the nightlife. For couples with children, do note that the southern part of Nakasu is full of adult nightlife. As we were a couple and we're clearly aware of this, the central location was good
