In my opinion, everything was alright. The room is compact but comfortable for a stay. There are plenty of power outlets everywhere. There’s a mini-fridge under the table beside the bed. The shower room is comfortable. You can dry towels or clothes using the board control in front of the room — I recommend using it. We also warmed the room with it. The bedding was clean. There's a small balcony. It’s safe and comfortable overall.

I forgot my passport on the counter after the check in and they were kind enough to send it to my next hotel

Ours was a last minute booking as we unexpectedly needed to stay in Fukuoka. Response from manager was prompt to advise of self-check-in procedure

Amazing location — very close to Watanabe-Dori which has convenient subway and bus lines to various sites + right beside a FamilyMart. No staff on site though were helpful over message when I had issues.
