everything was almost accessible. even when there are some missing amenities, it didn't matter at all. it can be easily compensated

Breakfast is the same during my 7 days stay. The room is very small. 700m away from the bus and JR terminal.

Clean and friendly staff. They helped store my luggage and call a taxi. You can opt for cleaning service daily or not but they will still give fresh towels.
