I really like the old school" vibe where hospitality is personal and level of politeness is professional yet genuine. From check-in, a staff member helped me to my room with my luggage and opened the door for me to settle in. When I leave the hotel, a staff takes me key for security and when I return, there is always someone waiting to bring my key to me. This kind of service is rare in hospitality these days so it really made my stay special. The location of this hotel was great! Walking distance to many places and easy access to public transport via subway and bus. Taxis also easily available.

Friendly staff and good breakfast quality overall (Japan and continental one). Bed super comfy and room bigger that Japan average!!!

Excellent service at arrival and check out. The hotel is really convenient and it is easy to catch a taxi to the airport or elsewhere.
