Location is the best, not far from hakata station. The room for 3 persons is quite large.

Location is close to station, as well as 2 combinis. All the supplies you need are already in the room and new linens are prepped and left for you by the door in case you chose “do not disturb”. Lots of hangars and points to hang your coats/jackets.

Wifi was spotty. Room was smaller than expected. No place to unpack a suitcase other than on the bed.
