Hotel was conveniently located and very accessible. Staff were also very friendly and accommodating. Great options on rooms as well.

The hotel is near the train station exit but need to have correct direction in getting there. It is conveniently located near front of Hakata Station and mall beside it. The staff is efficient, check in was easy and front desk staff was very helpful when I needed to connect my pocket wifi and on our last day when I wanted to weigh our luggage. The room is quiet small but clean and the bathroom had the right amenities. We also enjoy the free coffee machine at the lobby for a hot drink after a day of walking or touring around.
