1.The front desk was nice and well communicated with us,polite and friendly to foreigners. 2.locations was very convenient and so many different kind of type restaurants around the hotel. 3.room was clean and comfortable.

Location is very convenient, close to the subway lines and close to Tenjin chikagai underground shopping mall.

Super convenient location in Tenjin. Few mins walk from the subway station which is connected with the underground shopping street. Plenty of restaurants nearby with a Komeda Coffee next to the hotel lobby. Convenient stores located very close to the hotel. Highly recommend! Would like to stay here again.
