“Very helpful reception staff”

Room was comfortable and well equipped and the hotel has a good eco policy. One of the reception staff was so helpful when I asked to change my room - he went out of his way to find a quiet room for me and was so polite and helpful.

A lovely view of the pond and bridge from our room on the 8th floor. The room was large and comfortable. Complimentary personal amenities, and a pleasant stroll across near by Central Park to the castle ruins.
