Very helpful staff and nice outdoor onsen. 10 minute walk from station, but 30 mins from bus station (walking through the theme park which you can get a FREE ticket from the big hotel next to bus station)

I loved this hotel and would definitely stay again if I return to Mt. Fuji. The spa was spotless and full of character, using Pola products. My room was clean and had everything I needed. The staff were kind, and I’m glad I chose to have breakfast—both days were different and gave me a great taste of Japanese cuisine. The location was convenient, just a 5-minute walk to the bus stop and close to a large local supermarket.

Staff were happy and provided great service. They had fresh cold water, a microwave, spas, massage chairs. The rooms were very clean. The rooms included tissues, tv, coffee machine, and more. It had the perfect location.
