We liked everything. Japanese traditional house, very well maintained and clean, super cozy and warm. Lovely countryside surrounding area, very silent and quiet.

Not so much a hostel as it is a homestay. This is one of these places where the owner cooks you superb breakfast himself. You really get a nice, welcome stay in here! Hiro the host speaks excellent English and is so nice. The facilities are perfect, it's basically a Japanese separate house so nothing is missing. The surrounding area is also really beautiful and calm. Location is very close to Mt. Fuji station.

It's a cute property and the owner is really friendly and helpful. The room was clean enough but sadly it's a very old house so the walls are paper thin and everything creeks a LOT. The toilets smelt awful the whole time and the bathrooms were quite gross with mould growing all over the windows. Common area and kitchen were a nice vibe.

Super comfy beds, very clean and a very cozy homely feel. The host was also superb! The whole place was extremely relaxing and made us feel very at home.

Nice, cozy and japanesse style place, it is simple but has all you might need. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is complete and host is nice. Great view, quite area and easy to reach by public transport, we came from Tokyo by bus and walked to the hostel without any complications. Would recomend it and gladly come back :)

The breakfast was very nice and Hiro (the host) was super helpful with helping me plan a hike. The bed was nice and comfortable for me but it is a thick futon and I only weigh about 70kg so if you are much bigger then that it would properly be a bit too thin. Good value for money and the common area was really nice.
