Situated right next to Fuji-Q Highland Amusement Park, Highland Resort Hotel & Spa boasts Mount Fuji views, large hot spring baths and spa facilities. It is a 7-minute drive from Fujisan or Fujikyu Highland train stations, and free pick-up shuttles are available. Free Wi-Fi is provided at all areas.
Guests can unwind in the spacious hot spring baths in the adjacent Fujiyama Onsen bathhouse, which also features a massage salon. Free luggage storage and free parking are available on site. In-room massages can be arranged at an additional charge.

The hotel had immediate access to the theme park. Excellent choice of breakfast and the Macaroni restaurant served fresh and tasty food. Staff very friendly. Rooms were small, but comfortable. Bed is rather small.

If you ignore the price - fantastic place to stay with a view of Mt Fuji from the room and breakfast restaurant (second option is Fuji Q view). Great breakfast options (Japanese + European style). Well equipped bathroom. Free access to Fujiyama Onsen (used almost every day) and Fuji Q park (access 30 min before opening). Many eating places around. Don Quijote across the street. Great place to relax and visit Mt Fuji (15 min walk to bus stop to Subaru 5th station for Yoshida trail). Kitaguchi Hongu Fuji Sengen Shrine 8 min with taxi or 40 min walk/bus (its 0 station for Yoshida trail to Mt Fuji).
