Good location- easy walk from the station and nice hiking at Enoshima island.

A convenience store is literally next door. Two train stations between 3 and 10min walk. Enoshima is a 15min walk and Kamakura less than 1hr walk. The staff is kind. The bed unit is big enough and comfortable. Clean toilets and showers.
