Large, comfortable and clean room. Good location, right by the lake and within walking distance from the station. Free shuttle bus from the hotel back to the station.

We like the staff who are always happy! We enjoyed the room space and comfort. At room 502, the view was amazing! We love the convenience of your location and the beautiful Okie Park in the season of Autumn! The onsen was peaceful. Free parking was a bonus to us and the travel to many attractions were near by car. We were amazed by different meals during our stay and the staff showed excellent service! 😍 Overall, we are happy with our stay and felt relaxed. We would come back again! 😄😄

The rooms are spacious and they have 2 wonderful onsens for free use. The hotel is on the water in nice place and the ropeway to see Mt Fuji is close by. Clean place and rooms.

View from the window of Mt. Fuji was amazing. Location close to the lake was very nice and the free shuttle bus to the station in the morning was convenient.
