I loved everything. Everything was great. They picked us up from the station and took our luggage to the room. The Japanese style room was fantastic. Very good view and very well equipped. The food for the cocktails/dinner was limited but enough and it had a good variety of drinks. The onsen was fantastic.

Absolutely amazing hotel! Fantastic facilities, well positioned, close to town but perched on the hill overlooking the lake. Onsen was amazing, food was great too, even though the hotel doesnt provide dinner, they do afternoon cocktail hour which includes a lot of delicious snacks and drinks. Rooms were huge and so serene!

Amazing View, great price. The location was at least 10 min walk from the shops and the River, however the views more than made up for it. Loved the Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner options. One of my favourites in the area and would stay again.

Stunning views. Amazing food. Fantastic onsen with a gorgeous view of the lake. Exactly what we needed after hiking Fuji.
