The Japanese room is amazing, with tatami mats and futons. The staff is kind and helpful. The free shuttle to the station is very convenient. The onsen is superb. We also rented bikes to visit Oishi Park. We absolutely recommend it!

It has the perfect location close to Lake and has Mt Fuji at background. It has all the amenities i needed for full meal cooking, washing machine and spacious area for parking. It has outdoor area for hanging laundry. It has beautiful garden. It is big enough for a family of four.

Beautiful location, very peaceful and right by the lake. We had a gorgeous view of Mount Fuji from our room. Staff were lovely and helpful - we rented bikes from them, which were good value and easy to arrange, and the free shuttle to town in the morning was great. Room was very spacious and lovely traditional style.
