Suzuki san was very kind and came to pick us up earlier than we booked the shuttle. The view of mount Fuji is amazing from our room. We got a lot of food and it was really good. Staff was always ready to help us. The heated beds were really nice!!

Very good service. The view of Mt Fuji was beautiful. Cleanliness and comfortable. Friendly and exceptional staff. Fresh air and good bbq dinner.

Really amazing experience and original room. The environnement is impressive. BBQ on the terrasse and fire place to enjoy a drink was really great experience even under the snow.

Amazing view! Staff were so very helpful and friendly. The amenities and facilities were clean and up to date, with the overall glamping tent having a fashionable and relaxing look/atmosphere. All the food provided was delicious and easy to enjoy.
