A hot spring bath is open between 15:00-10:00 (next day).Sauna is open between 16:00-22:00.An open-air private bath can be reserved for private use between 16:00-23:00, and it's charged per 45 minutes.To use the hotel's free shuttle (offered between 14:00 - 18:00), call upon arrival at Fujikyuko Kawaguchiko Station. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.Please note that this hotel is located at the top of a steep hill.Dinner is available at an additional cost and and must be reserved at least 1 day in advance.Please inform the property in advance if you have any food allergies or dietary needs.Please note, the property name has changed from Mizuno Hotel to Mizno Hotel.Guests must check in by 17:30 to eat dinner at this property. Guests who check in after this time may not be served dinner, and no refund will be given.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location, with view of Fujisan, is simply amazing! And the hot springs are a pleasure after a long day touring around.

Stayed two nights but wish we could have stayed longer. Everything was excellent from start to finish. We were able to take the free hotel shuttle from Kawaguchiko station which was great given how busy the buses can get in the area. The hotel staff helped us with our bags, taking them directly to our room while we checked in. The room itself was incredible, with the view of Fuji from the terraced balcony being one of the best parts of our trip (as well as where a proposal took place!). The hotel facilities are fantastic, especially the onsen (again with a view of Fuji!) and the comfortable and eclectic lounge area. The location of the hotel undoubtedly offers one of the best views of the lake and Fuji in the area, and is also within walking distance of some tourist sites and convenience stores. The local buses also stop nearby for journeys further afield. We will definitely be recommending the Mizno to our family and friends ☺️

It’s a little out of town, but that means you have absolutely superb views of the lake and Mount Fuji. The staff are very welcoming and helpful and the dinners were great (we opted for the French version one evening and shabu shabu the next). The decor is quirky and eclectic, which all adds to the atmosphere. Having the public and private onsen is a plus, too. Also, electric bikes are available.

We had a really wonderful and memorable stay at Hotel Mizno! Lovely room, onsen and restaurant. Not to mention the incredible view of Fuji. It was also well worth booking the open air bath! We didn’t try the bar but it looked really nice and cosy.
