A fantastic stay just out of the centre. It was an easy 15 minute walk. The view of Fuji was incredible from our room. Onsen facilities were very nice.

The location was great—right next to the bus stop and a store—and you could take a short, pleasant walk to the lake. The room was a traditional style and looked absolutely beautiful. We had a room with a view of Mount Fuji, and I have to say it was a truly wonderful experience that more than made up for any shortcomings of the accommodation. Also the onsen was very nice, not too hot and very comfortable. An elderly Japanese couple takes care of the accommodation, and they were very kind—they showed us around, explained everything, and even offered to drive us to the train station for free when we were leaving.

Friendly host, provided transportation to kawaguchiko station. Although it’s old and facilities arent new compare to other hotels, the environment is clean.
