The hot springs are open from 15:00 to 23:00 and 06:30 to 08:30.To use the hotel's free shuttle bus from Kawaguchiko Station, please go to the Fujikawaguchiko Tourist Information Center next to the station and quote the name of the hotel. A staff member will call the hotel and arrange the bus for you.Children's rates are available. Please inform the hotel at the time of booking if you are traveling with children (please also note the number and age of children in the Special Requests box).Children aged 1 year and under stay free of charge when using existing beds/bedding. A special rate applies for children 2-5 years old, and adult rates apply for children 6 years and older.Please note that futons are provided as extra beds (charges apply). The futon extra charge must be paid at check-in.The property is located on the second floor in a building with no elevator.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

The host was lovely!! Extremely kind and helpful, provided us with any information we needed and gave us a ride to the station at the end of our stay. Good rooms with a view to mount fuji, and an amazing location - close to anything important

Spacious room with lovely views on mt Fuji (unfortunately during my stay was mainly cloudy), good facilities and nice owner who puts his heart into his business. Location is quiet but near main attractions in town.

The hotel was clean, quiet and a great location. A little away from the main area but with several places to eat only a short walk away. The staff were exceptional and accommodated our every need and were very helpful.
