It's an old hotel with lots of history, but very cute and in a great location. We went to the onsen everyday and could see Mt Fuji from there. Very special! I would highly recommend.

Very charming hotel, great location by the lake, lovely staff, very nice onsen. Easy to get to Kawaguchiko station and a few good restaurant options nearby. Close to bicycle hire, boating options and the cable car/hike to Fuji viewing point.
